The Sumo:
The versatility of the Sumo is that when it's tied on the eye side, the heavy belly of the jig will slide through the water underneath docks, pilings, and other hard-to-reach places.
When tied from the belly side, it will have a more traditional vertical fall. With a wobbling, sliding action, the squat, round-bellied shape of this jig falls into the ocean to entice predatory fish.
The Sumo's compact design also allows you to use a heavier jig in a smaller presentation for precision fishing.
