Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE IS NEVER REQUIRED AND NEVER A CONDITION OF ENTERING. You may enter for free as described in Section 5 below. Purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period are optional and earn a bonus entry in addition to, not instead of, free entry. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Submission Fishing Co., Jacksonville, FL ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Landicho Rod Builder LLC DBA Dragonfly Tackle Co., their affiliates, and immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter — Overview

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase is never a condition of entering this Sweepstakes. There is one free entry method (Section 5) and two bonus entry methods (Section 6). Every entry — however it was earned — is placed into the same pool and has an equal chance of being selected as the winner.

5. Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)

Hand-print your name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3"x5" card and mail to:

Each card received earns one (1) entry. You may mail as many separate requests as you like during the Sweepstakes Period; limit one (1) entry per person per day earned by this method. Entries must be postmarked by August 24, 2026 and received by August 29, 2026. This free entry method is available at all times during the Sweepstakes Period and requires no purchase, payment, or proof of purchase of any kind to use.

6. Bonus Entry Methods

The two methods below are optional. They are offered only as an additional way to earn entries on top of the free entry method in Section 5 — neither is required to enter or to win.

1. Bonus Entry — Purchase: Each qualifying order of more than $50 placed at submissionfishing.com during the Sweepstakes Period earns the purchaser one (1) additional bonus entry, on top of any free entries earned under Section 5 above. No maximum on the number of bonus entries earned through qualifying purchases.

2. Bonus Entry — Social: Follow @submissionfishingco and @dragonflytackleco on Instagram and publish a public post or Story tagging @submissionfishingco and including the hashtag #submit250 during the Sweepstakes Period to earn one (1) additional bonus entry. Limit one (1) bonus social entry per person, regardless of number of posts.

Every entry received, regardless of the method used to earn it, has an equal chance of being selected as the winner.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: one (1) custom 7'0" Medium-Heavy, Fast action slow pitch jigging rod (10–17 lb line rating) built by Landicho Rod Builder LLC DBA Dragonfly Tackle Co. (approximate retail value $300–$400) and one (1) $100 gift certificate redeemable for Submission Fishing Co. jigs and gear at submissionfishing.com. Total approximate retail value (ARV): $400–$500.

Prize is non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The gift certificate has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expires one (1) year from the date of issuance. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) to claim the prize.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity. Sponsor will not arbitrarily remove, disqualify, disallow, or reject any entry.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, city/state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at submissionfishing.com, and will be used only to administer this Sweepstakes and for future marketing communications where consented to.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor and Landicho Rod Builder LLC DBA Dragonfly Tackle Co. are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries; technical failures of any kind; or any injury or damage related to participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

13. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
